Shipping & Returns


Everything at HAZE GRAY by SJ is RTS or Ready to Ship. However, it will take 1-5 business days for me to prepare the item for shipping and get the package to the post office.

Shipping costs are based on weight, size, and destination, and are calculated at checkout.

All packages are shipped via USPS. Once your item ships, you will receive a notification via e-mail with tracking information. Due to the current pandemic, you may experience delays in shipping. Unfortunately, this is out of my control. Additionally, once the items are out of my hands, the packages are in the control of the shipping carrier and responsibility transfers to the buyer.



I do not accept returns or offer exchanges or refunds. Please don't hesitate to message me with any questions or concerns about your order, and we will work together to make it right.

If you have any questions about products or materials, please send me a message before you order. I will more than happy to send you more information. 

HAZE GRAY by SJ is under no circumstances responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is lost during transit, please contact the shipping carrier. Lost package claims are the responsibility of the buyer, and can be filed via I recommend having your order shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Packages shipped USPS Priority include insurance up to $50.

Additionally, please ensure the name and address provided is correct. If the package gets returned to HAZE GRAY by SJ, the cost to re-ship the package will be the responsibility of the buyer.

If you are having second thoughts and would like to cancel your order, please contact me to cancel your order. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your order. After 24 hours, I am most likely preparing you order for shipment.
